okay theres no real story to this apart from setsuka '"died"' by orochimaru and oromachi when mad and tried to kill orochiamru but sound ninja got in the way so he killed them so the hall would be full of bodies and blood and all he would see is setsuka.

But luckly she dosent die but he thought she did and after all the killing he thinks he sees her spirit comferting him but nope shes not dead
